The Youth Work here is provided by The Eastside Centre which operates from a purpose built Community Centre built on the rear of the Church.

There are two youth groups, The Junior and Senior Youth Groups.

Both groups have the benefit of really first class equipment, as we believe that an investment in youth activities is one of the first steps into a balanced adult.

The youth team includes both professional youth workers and volunteers, we also organise outings and trips to various venues.

Facilities Include;     Arts and Crafts (With a     professional Tutor)     Board Games     Computer Games     Dance Step Machines     Karaoke Machine     Play-Stations     Pool     Table Tennis     and of course, a tuck shop!

Sunday Club

The Sunday club is co-ordinated by Helen Tomlinson and takes place during sunday morning service. The activities involve Bible stories, arts and crafts, singing, dancing and occasional videos. During the summer the Sunday club have regular outings to places such as Alton Towers and other Parks. Ages range from 3 - 11 years of age.

Junior Youth Club

The Junior youth club is designed for children between 5 - 11 years old

To say there is something for everyone is a bit of an understatement! There are many different activities packed into the hour and a half from 6:00 to 7:30pm every Monday night.

We have a full size pool table for all the budding pool wannabes, we have a variety of game consoles consists of Ps2s, Xboxs and Wiis, which are constantly in high demand. (no over 12 games are allowed) We have a couple of dance mats for the disco divas. There is an arts and crafts teacher Mandy who is fully qualified in teaching and working with young people in the crafts field.

We have a dance class which is choreographed by Helen and Kerry.

During the time of the youth club we also run a music workshop where anyone can learn to play a variety of musical instruments, feel free to check out the music workshop page for more info.

Senior Youth Club

Every Thursday night at 7:00 to 9:00pm a mixture of christians and non-christians meet and there are the same activities in the Junior youth club. In addition we have a qualified drama teacher who performs a variety of activities.
